Marie Green

Marie Green, 81, of Middleburg, FL passed away on March 6, 2020.  She was born on July 30, 1938 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Dan Music and Evelyn Leonard. She met the love of her life, Mark Green, and was married for 60 years and into this union three children were born: Trevor, Denise, and Melissa. Marie loved spending time with her family, traveling, and fishing. She also was very involved at her church, Black Pond Baptist Church. Here, she taught Sunday School, was a faithful deacon's wife, and managed the church's Fall Festival for over 30 years. Marie will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her brother Dan Jr. Music.

Marie is survived by her husband, Mark Green; her three children, Trevor Green, Denise Green Sellers (Kevin), Melissa Green Gibson (Chris), and Cindy Music West (Vernon); her only grandchild, Bailey Sellers; her sisters, JoAnn Music Starling and Jeannette Music Cobb.

She will be truly loved and missed. Her family will cherish every precious moment they spent with their beloved Marie.

The family will receive friends at 10:00am on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Black Pond Baptist Church. Funeral services will begin at 11:00am with Reverend Charlie Hunt officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
