Michael Joe Stokes

Michael Joe Stokes, 62, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away February 2, 2023. Mike was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He was the son of the late Everett R. Stokes and Dorothy Stokes.  He was a graduate of Orange Park High School.  He is survived by his daughter Jenifer Bernhard, Grandson Colton Bernhard, A brother, Robert Stokes-(Judy)-2 sisters, Jill Replogle and Betty Panella(twin sister), 8 nephews and 1 niece.  He was an avid animal lover and rescued several dogs over the years.  His laugh was his go to signature.  He had a big heart and an unforgettable laugh and smile.  His occupation was primarily in the trucking industry as a truck driver.  He was a teamster member.  No service will be held.  A Celebration of Life with his family will be at a later date.
