Myra Marie Pattishall

Myra Marie Pattishall, 98, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on April 7, 2022.  She attended local schools and graduated from Florida State College for Women (now FSU) with an AB degree before receiving her master’s degree from Jacksonville University. 

Myra taught school in Duval County as well as at the Department of Defense in Germany.  She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha, Delta Kappa Gamma Society International and the Riverside Presbyterian Church.

Myra was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. and Mrs. H.B. Pattishall Sr, her brother, her sister, and a nephew.  She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Myra chose to donate her body to UF College of Medicine for medical research.  In keeping with her wishes, no visitation or services will be held.
