Patricia "Patsy" Diane Green, at the age of 74, unexpectedly went to be with the Lord on January 9, 2023. She was born on March 26, 1948 in Starke, FL. She married her late husband, Clenton Green on November 21, 1967 and they had one child together, Patrice.
She will forever be remembered for her selfless gratitude and giving heart. She loved buying gifts for people and always made sure you ate. She loved front porch sitting. She also loved her grandkids and great-grandkids more than life itself; she will always be known to them as Pat-Pat to them. She was always known for her special bond she had with all children. She was a homemaker for most of her life. She was a longtime church nursery worker at the Church of the Brethren and babysit many other children at her home after school. She was always down for a shopping trip with her daughter, Patrice or sister, Sue. She'll forever be remembered for her infamous phrases, "I'll be alright" and after she received a gift her reply was, "I'm gonna beat you".
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clenton Green and parents, Harold and Jewel Jimmison. She is survived by her daughter, Patrice Bell (Timothy); her grandkids, Cheyenne Marroletti (TJ) and Dakota Bell (Christy); her great-grandkids, Trey, Savannah, and Skylah Marroletti; her siblings, Sue Woodley (Woody), Jimmy Jimmison, and JR Jimmison.
She will be missed by so many and her love for others will live on forever.
The family will receive friends at Peoria Cemetery at 10:00am on Monday, January 16, 2023 and graveside services will begin at 11:00am with Pastor Bill Clayton officiating.
