Patricia Ann Logue (Allen), 85, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 12, 2025. Born in McRae, Ga., to Murphy T. Allen and Mary Lizzie (Moye) Allen on November 2, 1939. She attended Andrew Jackson high in Jacksonville, Fl. Patricia married Dennis ‘Joe’ Logue, on December 18, 1959, in Oceanway, FL. She was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker. While she and Dennis served their country in the U.S. Navy, she was involved in many civic activities. While in Puerto Rico, she served as the president of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She was a lifelong member of her faith in the Baptist church.
Patricia was an accomplished seamstress leaving behind mementos for her family to wrap themselves in for comfort in times like this. Her artistic talents blossomed early and continued to flourish throughout her life as an artist in many forms. Her hands were rarely still. She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh. She made friends everywhere she went. She will be remembered for her fierce independence, determination, her love of family and friends, her kindness to everyone and her giving spirit.
She is survived in death by her husband of 65 years Dennis (Joe), Her son Montgomery Keith Logue (wife Pat) and daughter Cindy Breese. Grandchildren Jacqlyn, Megan (husband Bryant), Nikolas (wife Amanda), Travis (wife Lisa) and Myranda. Great grandchildren Elia, Harrison, Sophia, Vivian, Jayden and Nathan.
A graveside service will be held at 9:30 am on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Jacksonville National Cemetery. Please assemble in Lane #2 at the cemetery. A celebration of life will be scheduled later. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital https://www.stjude.org/
