Ralph Edward Rhodes, Jr.

Ralph Edward Rhodes, Jr., 79, of Fleming Island, FL passed away at his residence on March 15, 2018. Mr. Rhodes was born September 15, 1938 in Jacksonville to parents Ralph and Alice (Tompkins) Rhodes. He retired from Florida Insurance Guaranty Association where he had been an Insurance Adjuster for 40 years. Following his retirement from the insurance industry, Mr. Rhodes was a substitute teacher with the Clay County School Board. Mr. Rhodes was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose and First Baptist Church of Orange Park where he was a Deacon. He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Joy Rogers Rhodes; son, Glen Rhodes; daughter, Robin Rhodes Scott (Troy) and a grandson, Gavin Edward Scott.
