Richard Alan Boyer

Richard Alan Boyer, age 68, passed away on August 13^th, 2021, in Orange Park, FL. He was born to Robert and Imogene Boyer on July 26^th, 1953.

Richard grew up in Orange Park, FL, where he graduated from Orange Park High School in 1972. After graduation, he went on to be a carpenter, and became the successful owner of Boyer Demolition & Construction, Inc.  

If you asked Richard, his greatest accomplishment wasn’t his career. It was being a father and a grandfather. Richard enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was generous and gracious and was always willing to help out if ever there was a need.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Imogene Boyer.

Richard is survived by his three sons, Shad Boyer, Tyson (Jennifer) Boyer, and Alan Boyer; his sister Cherry (Bill) Goodson, and brother Robert Boyer; and his grandchildren Christian, Isabella, Evelyn, Drake, Jack, and Journey.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm on Friday, August 20, 2021 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Reverend Paul Fowler officiating.
