Richard passed away February 25, 2022 in the Baptist South Hospital at the age of 85.

He was born to Christian and Anna Braun on October 4, 1936 in New York, NY.

Richard married June Carol Schmidt on February 25, 1956. They had two sons Joseph and Darren. June preceded him in death on January 15, 2017.

Richard became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose on March 18, 2002 when he joined Dunnellon, Florida Lodge #2308.

He came to Moosehaven on September 5, 2017.

Richard is survived by his sons, Joseph Braun of Newberry, Florida and Darren Braun of Hollywood, FL 33024.
