Robert C Grimsley

Robert C Grimsley, age 55, of Middleburg passed away peacefully at home on Sunday May 17. He was born to Bobby and Betty Grimsley on March 30,1965 in Fitzgerald Georgia. He graduated from Middleburg High School in 1983 where he lettered in football and weightlifting.

Robert was married to Diane (Hamel) Grimsley and attended Evangel Temple in Middleburg.
He was a proud Bronco alumni and avid Georgia Bulldog fan. He will be remembered most for his sense of humor, quick wit and that red hair.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Mother and Father.

He leaves behind his stepson, Shane Hamel (Karen); two grandsons, Ryan and Brendan; a brother, Alan (Melissa) Grimsley; nephew, Clinton Grimsley; niece, Lauren (Matthew) Brummitt. Robert also leaves behind two aunts, Linda Grimsley and Sharon (Grimsley) Pettis and many cousins.

A small private Celebration of Life gathering will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, reach out to your family and loved ones and let them know how much you care and if you can “Call your Mama !”
