Roger L. Redenius

Roger Lee Redenius, 69, of Orange Park, Florida passed away in his home on May 31, 2018. He was born on May 21, 1949 to Joseph and Nellie Redenius in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He graduated from Humboldt High School in Humboldt, South Dakota. Upon graduating from high school, he joined the United States Navy, and proudly served his country. Roger retired after 22 years of service. He was an Entrepreneur for many years prior to his current career, a production manager for JWB. 
On December 7, 1991 he married Cauly Drum Scott. He was an active member of Grace Anglican Church for many years. He was very involved in his children's activities including Boy Scouts and various Sports. He enjoyed woodworking and home remodeling. 
He is preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Mary, Rosie, Pearl, Joe, John, and George.
He is survived by his wife, Cauly; children, Martin (Nina), Christine, John, Devon (Tamara) Scott, Ian (Stacey) Scott, and Braden (Regina) Scott; grandchildren, Catherine (Brock) Turner, Christopher, Isabelle, Samantha, Cassius, JJ, Addison, Alex, Courtney, Zane, Ellie, William, Layla; and 1 great-grandson, Cooper; the mother of his children, Judith Redenius; brother, Ralph (Sharon); sisters-in-law, Leota and Marcene; and many nieces and nephews. 
He will be remembered as a fun loving, larger than life Character who impacted his family, friends and so many more with his infectious personality. 
A Celebration of His Life will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Grace Anglican Church, 5804 US Hwy 17 Fleming Island, FL 32003. 
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions in his name to Grace Anglican Church.
