Sabrina E. Hartsell

May 13, 1961 — July 26, 2021

Sabrina Elaine Hartsell, age 60, passed away on July 26th, 2021. She was born to Wallace and Helene Miller at Torrejon de Ardoz, Madrid, Spain. Sabrina graduated from Belton High School in 1979 as a member of the National Honor Society. Sabrina went on to work as a financial representative for many banks, including Bank of Hawaii and Bank of America. She also worked for a financial institution called Fidelity National Financial. Sabrina also worked in the retail and restaurant industries in management positions. She was a member of the Orange Park Fraternal Order of Eagles #4365 for many years. She volunteered as the treasurer for their women's auxiliary. Sabrina also lived in Hawaii for many years and made many friends on the Island of Oahu, specifically in Kailua. Sabrina loved reading, watching crime shows and the Harry Potter movies, drinking coffee, hanging out and talking with the locals of Green Cove Springs, and spending time with her 3 daughters. She will be remembered as selfless, caring, strong, helpful, a hard worker, an animal lover, and  an amazing mother, daughter, aunt, sister and friend. Sabrina was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Maria and Raymond Fragnet, her paternal grandparents Walter and Dorothy Miller, her aunt Erma Miller, her mother-in-law Belva June Fair, and her father-in-law Ray Valton Fair. Sabrina is survived by her parents Wallace and Helene Miller of Missouri, her aunt Genevieve Schreiner of France, her brothers Dwane and Phillip Miller of Missouri, her sister-in-law Renee Fair Shaffer and husband Ronnie Shaffer, her brother-in-law Ronny McGehee, her former partner and father of her children Johnny McGehee, all of Texas, and her children Haley McGehee, Amber McGehee-Ramos and husband Matthew Ramos, and Crystal McGehee all of Florida.
 
A memorial service will be held at 6:00pm on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Pastor Jeremy Meyer officiating.
