Sally Ann O'Quinn

Sally Ann O'Quinn, 79, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away February 28, 2024, at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital.

Sally was a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by her son Nolan Crawford (Karen), her daughter Lori Rodriguez, her grandchildren Brandon Crawford, Bryan Rodriguez, Keeon Shaw, Nathan Crawford & Megan Crawford, her great-grandchildren Mikal Crawford, Makenzy Crawford & Amelia Brandon, and her sister Loraine Silcox (E.W.).

She was preceded in death by her father Harvey Padgett, her mother Myrtle Padgett, two sisters, one brother, and three stepbrothers.

Sally meant so much to so many. She will be missed by all who were blessed to know her. She loved her family, friends, dancing, and watching the Jacksonville Jaguars and Florida State football games.  Sally could always be found at LifeCare with a coke and a bag of popcorn.

A funeral service will be held for Sally at 11:00 am on Monday, March 4, 2024 at Black Pond Baptist Church with Reverend Billy Jones officiating.  The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 am until service time. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
