SGT US Army, Anthony David McIntyre

SGT (Army) Anthony D. McIntyre, a dedicated loyal soldier and Vietnam Veteran (disabled), passed away on May 5, 2022, he was 71 years old. Big Tony was very active in Boy Scouts and the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 38.

Anthony is survived by his wife, Paula; son, Robert and daughter, Sarah. Tony was a kind and loving brother, uncle and true friend to all he met.

The family would like to thank his fellow comrades from Bradley S. Crose, Disabled American Veterans Chapter 38, Orange Park, for all their kindness, friendship, and help during this time, they are true heroes.

A private memorial service will be held on May 25, 2022 with Pastor Amos Bankhead officiating the service.

Anthony will be laid to rest on May 25, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218, Lane #2. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the service.
