Tammy Sweat LaRue

Tammy Sweat LaRue, 54, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away February 21, 2021. She was born March 26, 1966 in Palatka, FL to Estes and Dairles “June” Sweat. She graduated from Clay High School, and married Lawrence “Larry” LaRue in 1984. Tammy loved to crochet, sing, spend time with her boys, and mudding with her husband. She will be remembered as a loving wife and mother.

Tammy is survived by her husband, Lawrence “Larry” LaRue of Green Cove Springs, FL; sons, Lawrence LaRue, Jr and Phillip LaRue both of Green Cove Springs, FL; step granddaughters, Macey and Taylor; sister, Debi Meister of Palm Coast, FL; brother, William Sweat of Green Cove Springs, FL and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2:15pm – 3:00pm, Friday, February 26, 2021 at Shiloh Cemetery. The graveside service will start at 3:00pm with Rev. Charlie Hunt officiating.
