Terrance "Terry" Lee Kist

Terrance “Terry” Lee Kist, 74, of Middleburg, FL, passed away May 11, 2017.  He was born on October 9, 1942 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late William James and Dolores Yvonne (Manthey) Kist.  Terry moved to the area in 1987 from Michigan City, IN and was of the Protestant faith.  He worked for the railroad 39 years and was a member of the Moose Lodge, the American Legion and the VFW.  Terry loved to fish and watch Fox News. He is survived by his loving significant other of 23 years, Verdie Daniels of St. Augustine, FL, her 3 sisters, Betty, Shirley, Helon and their families who loved him; his son, Greg Mark Kist of Michigan City, IN; brothers, Danny Kist and David Kist both of Michigan City, IN and grandson, Lucas Abbott Kist of Michigan City, IN. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 11:30am, Friday, July 7, 2017 at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
