Tobhe Halcomb

Halcomb, Tohbe (Reese) age 67 of Fleming Island and formerly of Lebanon, Ohio, passed peacefully Friday evening, July 13, 2018 after a lengthy illness. Born March 5, 1951 in Hardin, Kentucky, Tohbe was the daughter of Eugene and Mary Eileen (Evans) Reese and a 1969 graduate of Kings High School. Tohbe was a former employee with the City of Lebanon who loved spending time with friends and family. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, sister and grandmother. Before her illness she was active and enjoyed her involvement with Labrador Retriever Rescue of Florida. Preceded in death by her parents and loving husband of over 40 years Bill Halcomb in 2012, Tohbe is survived by her son, Mark Halcomb; daughter, Valarie (Michael) Madden; grandchildren, Natalie Halcomb, Matthew Halcomb, Ashley Christian, Amanda Christian, Clayton Halcomb, Abigail Madden and Samantha Madden; and sister Sue Ann Griffith of Dayton.
