Tracy Lynn Costancio

January 3, 1974 — August 2, 2021

Tracy Costancio was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, granddaughter and friend.  On August 2, 2021, Tracy, 47, was called home to Jesus.

She was survived by her husband Michael Towne, her sons Brandon Ryals, wife Jamee, Tyler Towne and Desiree, daughters Ciara Ryals and Shelby Towne. Her mother Lynn Stanforth and step father Terry, her father Domingo (Sandy) Costancio and step mother Betty. Her sisters Angela Gibbs and husband Tony, Jackie Embry and brother Chris Martinez. Her nephew Cristian DeWeese, wife Jackie, and Bobby Gibbs. And many other family members that truly adored her.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Domingo and Ninfa Costancio, grandparents Rudolph and Mary Elom, her uncles Danny Elom, and Danny Costancio.

She grew up in Oakwood Texas, and then moved to Beeville where she graduated from Beeville High School with honors. Upon graduating she attended Southwest Texas University now known as Texas State University in San Marcos.

She was very involved in her children’s school activities. Tracy was not only a band mom, she and her husband Mike spent numerous hours building props for the Oakleaf High School Band that was revered as some of the best ever seen. This was just a small example of how important her children’s activities were to her, and was loved by all of the band members, their parents and faculty. She was very involved in the community, and a very big supporter of the Saint Michael’s Soldiers charity. She loved boating with her family, arts and crafts, raising chickens, and could never get enough kisses from her puppies, Maggie and Bonnie.

Tracy had a smile that would brighten any room with a wonderful spirit and possessed a compassionate heart that was caring and giving.  She was always willing to help others wherever she could and did so without hesitation. She never met a stranger, and those that had the privilege of knowing her knew that if they needed a shoulder to cry on, or an ear to listen, she was the first person they thought of. For Tracy, the one of most important things in her life were her children. She loved them unconditionally, and wanted nothing more from them but to have a wonderful life and to be successful in a career of their choosing, always supporting whatever that decision was. Tracy was blessed with having a special relationship with her sister and mom (aka the 3 Musketeers). They were always together where ever they resided…inseparable. It was important to her that all the children grew up together and created the memories that would last a lifetime. She was a beautiful young lady that was a light in this world who will be greatly missed by so very many, and will be remembered by all that knew her.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm on Monday, August 9, 2021 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Pastor Scott Evans officiating.
