Troy O Randall

Troy O. Randall, 73, of Fleming Island, FL passed away on May 17, 2018.  He was born on August 30, 1944 in Browns Valley, Minnesota to the late Teuman and Loretta (Douglas) Randall.  Mr. Randall, originally of South Dakota, came to the area in 1984 and was a member of Cross Road Lutheran Church.  He proudly served his country during the Vietnam War in the United States Navy as an avionics technician before retiring. Mr. Randall enjoyed reading about history and visiting battlefields and historical sites around the world.  He loved his family, especially his grandsons.  He was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary and Dennis Randall.

Mr. Randall is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Carole Joy Randall; son, Jason Randall (Amy Li); daughter, Amy Randall (Mayur Poojari); brother, Ray Fry (Pam); sisters, LeeAnn Wetch (Bob) and Karen Kerrick (Tom); sister-in-law, Noreen Randall and grandsons, Tyler and Erik Randall.

A memorial service with full military honors will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Cross Road Lutheran Church with Pastor Ryan Ritzmann officiating.  Mr. Randall will be interred at the Jacksonville National Cemetery at a later date.
