Vernon Stanley Julson, 93, passed away on September 20, 2020 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Middleburg, Florida. He was born on July 10, 1927 to Emil and Stella (Anfinson) Julson at their home in rural Simcoe, North Dakota. Vernon married Yvonne Woodall on September 23, 1947 in Minot, North Dakota. They were blessed with three children, Allan Julson, Dennis Julson and LaVonne Brodie.
Vernon and Yvonne moved the family to Florida in 1964 so he could work electrical. Later they owned and operated Julson’s Mobile Home Sales and Rentals on Bay Point and in Key West, Florida.
Vernon was a veteran of the Air Force and lived a full and adventurous life, had many hobbies.
Vernon is survived by his wife of 73 yrs, Yvonne; grandchildren: Wayne A. Julson (Liudys), Jennifer Dean, Kathleen Jones, Amber Crutchfield (Lex) and Sheldon Brodie; great-grandchildren: Samantha Bruein (Norman), Stephen Jones, Calvin Dean, Scout Ballard (Winona), Derrick Ballard, Wayne J. Julson, Wendy Julson, Katelyn Jones, and Landon Crutchfield; great-great-grandchildren: Colton and Wyatt Ballard, Roman Bruein, and Wayne J. l. Julson; and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins and daughters-in-law, Sherrie Julson and Vickie Julson and son-in-law, James Brodie.
Vernon was predeceased by his parents, Emil And Stella Julson; children, Allan Julson, Dennis Julson and LaVonne Brodie; brother, Tilford (Marge) Julson; and sister, Myrtle (Harold) Brabant.
Vernon was loved and will be missed by many.
