William Charles Brown

William Charles Brown born in Fort Worth Texas, age 60, passed away February 4th, 2021 in Jacksonville, FL. Bill was adopted by Donald and Doris Brown from Ohio who are both deceased. Bill was a veteran from the Airforce specializing in telephone Equipment Installation and repair specialist. He achieved Sergeant in 3rd combat communications group. Achievements include Airforce good conduct medal, Airforce longevity service award ribbon, Airforce Overseas long tour ribbon. William was married to Kimberly Naso Brown with two stepchildren Sarah and Sam McConnell. Survived by his daughter Katherine English and grandchildren Raleigh, Lillie, and Gaitlin English and Raiden and Jackson McConnell Garcia. Bill was a dedicated field engineer for Nokia, Lucent and Octel. He will be remembered for always putting his wife first and foremost and for being a great provider. He was known as the neighborhood social butterfly, friend, and handyman. People flocked to Bill for his knowledge, direct honesty, and ability to have a good time. He could fix anything and loved giving his help. We will remember him fondly for his love of Star Trek, Pino Grigio, great charcuterie, and his love for his family and friends. UFF!!
