William “Bill” Francis Sepuch, age 86, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on February 28, 2024 of natural causes. Bill was born to John and Mary Sepuch on January 29, 1938, in Windber, Pennsylvania and grew up with his four sisters (Mary, Elenor, Barbara, and Ethel) and one brother (Joe) primarily in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After 22 years of serving our country in the United States Navy, Bill retired as Chief Petty Officer in 1975 and went on to retire from his second career working as a civil servant. Bill remained socially active throughout his lifetime but especially during his retirement years. His many passions included activities related to flying private airplanes, working as an FAA Mechanic and IA-Inspector Authorized, playing the drums and trumpet in various bands, and was most proud of his various roles and responsibilities associated with the Masons, Shriners, and the local Moose Lodge. Bill was preceded in death by his beautiful wife Sandra and their daughter Theresa. He is survived by his daughters Debra & Christie, his grandsons Charley, Billy, Mikey & Stevie, and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service and celebration of life will be held at the Orange Park Masonic Lodge on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make donations to your favorite charities or to the Shriners Hospitals for Children in Tampa.
