Wilma Welbourn

Wilma Welbourn, 87, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away March 9, 2024.  She was born on November 11, 1936 in Orange Park, FL to parents George and Alene (Padgett) Mosley.  She was a member of South Middleburg Baptist Church and will be remembered as a loyal mother and sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by her son, Steve Ramey.  Survivors include her sons, Randy and Kenny Johns; sisters, Gerry Johnson and Kathy Huntley and brothers, Charles Mosley, George B. Mosley and James C. Mosley.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Padgett Cemetery with Pastor Delton Kilpatrick officiating.
