Carolyn Jean Priesmeyer

Carolyn Jean Priesmeyer, 80, of Orange Park, FL passed away on February 2, 2024. She was born to Colvis and Iris Johnson on January 31, 1944 in Colorado Springs, CO.

She worked at Red Roof Inn and worked for RGIS for a few years before starting her own cleaning business. She met John Priesmeyer in February of 1971 at a gathering at her sister Mary’s house. She later married John on June 23, 1972.  

Carolyn enjoyed listening to worship music and praising the Lord. She also enjoyed her daily lunch outing with the love of her life.

She will be remembered for the way she always made sure everyone knew they needed to shine their light and to remember to smile. She will also be remembered as a selfless, caring, loving servant of Christ.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her dad Colvis Johnson, mom Iris Johnson, and her sister Elaine Johnson.

She is survived by her loving husband John Priesmeyer, her daughter Patrice Agan, her son Kyle Dolan, her grandkids James, Jessica, Cheyenne, Crystal, & Joshua, and her great-grandkids Kylie, Mckinsey, Kyle, Maverick, Carter & Dahilia.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Journey Church at 11:00am with Pastor Adam and Pastor Eric officiating.
