Donald William Warner, 76, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away in the morning hours on Friday, January 19th, 2024. He was born on August 9th, 1947, in Detroit, MI. At the age of 2 he was special adopted by George and Nina Warner. He attended and graduated from Bloomfield Hills Andover Highschool in 1967 before enlisting in the United States Navy and then after working for the department of defense combining a total of 43 years of service to his country. Don was married to his loving and supportive wife Myra for 44 years. He was an AVID golfer, mentor to many be it with teaching them golf or life lessons. When he wasn’t on the golf course, he could be found rooting on his hometown football team the Detroit Lions and the Michigan Wolverines. Don is survived by his wife Myra Warner. His daughters Kristin Pearson (David) and Marti Lee (Chris) April Malone and son Derek McMillan, and seven grandchildren Zoey Puckett, Kendall Pearson, Raven Cuzzort, Wynter Cuzzort, Preston Lee, William Lee, and Logan Lee. Don’s Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 3, 2024, in the at Broadus-Raines Chapel with Masonic Rites and Full Military Honors. A wake will be held immediately following at Cabul Masonic Lodge ,4261 Hwy 17, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043
